Rehmatullah Hotel specializes in Royal Mughlai Cuisine developed in the Imperial Kitchens of the Mughal Empire. It’s taste varies from mild to spicy and is associated with the distinctive aroma of exotic whole and ground spices cooked since 1960 in the shadows of Delhi’s Jama Masjid, known both for its holiness and its nearness to some of the finest kitchens and chefs in the orient. The secret recipes from the kitchens of the Mughal Empire have been passed on by the chefs to their heir. Haji Rehmatullah Qureshi , a chef par excellence, in keeping with the highest traditions of his beliefs founded Rehmatullah hotel in 1960.He was the pioneer to bring the Real Taste of Mughlai foods to the common man under the shadow of Shajahanabad ( Jama Masjid, Old Delhi ).
Haji Rehmatullah further passed his secret recipes and ideas to his Son Fazalur Rehman Qureshi and his grand son Adam Rehman Qureshi. They have introduced many more new ventures within the country and abroad under the name of “Pakwaan” (The Great Mughlai Bread Factory), “Haji Adam” (Shahi Sheermaal), “Old Famous Khoya Jalebi” (Mawa Jalebi & Mawa Gulab Jamun), Glasstech (Bhubaneswar,Odisha), Asia Interlink (Prague, Czech Republic) and Another venture with the name Rehmatullah Chicken & Mutton is about to open. By the grace of Almighty and the blessing of our pioneer Haji Rehmatullah Qureshi, we are growing each passing day and we are also thankful to the people for all their love and trust in us.

Haji Rehmatullah Qureshi, an exceptional chef who upheld the highest values of his culinary heritage, established the Rehmatullah Hotel in 1960. He was a trailblazer in introducing the authentic flavors of Mughlai cuisine to the everyday person within the enchanting ambiance of Shahjahanabad (Jama Masjid, Old Delhi).
